Songkran Thai New Year Lunch

In celebration of Songkran, the Thai New Year and one of Thailand’s most cherished seasonal traditions, Bangkok Supper Club is hosting a special one-day lunch experience. While the restaurant is typically open only for dinner, this daytime event offers guests a rare opportunity to gather around the table and enjoy dishes inspired by the flavors and customs of the holiday.

At the heart of the experience is Khao Chae, a refreshing warm-weather dish traditionally enjoyed during the Songkran season. The menu is designed for sharing and concludes with shaved ice topped with candied fruits, sliced ginger, fried shallots, and lime zest, alongside a curated Bael Fruit Milk Tea pairing. Two seatings are available from 12:00–2:00 PM and 2:00–4:00 PM.

Guest Chef Series Presents: Chef Ryan Bartlow at Bangkok Supper Club

Bangkok Supper Club and Bartolo come together on April 27 for a one-night-only collaboration between Chef Max Wittawat and Chef Ryan Bartlow, exploring the intersection of Thai and Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine. The evening features an eight-course tasting menu priced at $180 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, with standout dishes such as Uni Crab Tartlet, Thai Champiñones al Ajillo with trout roe, Massaman Tortilla with Ibérico, and Tom Yum Rice with Spanish shrimp. Guests will be seated across three waves—5PM, 7PM, and 9PM—each designed as a two-hour experience with intentional pacing. An optional beverage pairing will be available, blending cocktails and wines to complement the progression of flavors. This collaboration brings together two distinct culinary perspectives for a vibrant, high-energy evening rooted in technique, contrast, and shared creativity.
